The wet framing is often the drain, not the roof
We still open Tampa garage ceilings and find a condensate line that sagged at the rim joist. Algae, a missing slope, and a rare cold snap that slowed the line all show there first. The living room ceiling can still look clean. This visit is the line in the unconditioned chase, not a roof leak until someone has looked at the drain.

Trace the line through the garage and the joist
Photograph the handler, the line, and any stain at the rim. Note whether the garage is a shop. A return pulling shop air is a different August post. This visit is water at the drain path.
After the line flows, leftover sticky air may need dehumidifier services. Duct leaks that pull humid attic air belong under air duct and vent repair.
