If your HVAC system doesn’t perform the way we said it would during our initial assessment, we’ll make it right. That starts with proper heat load calculations for every home and making sure your system is sized and set up correctly from day one.
If a component fails, we’ll return as many times as it takes to fix it—at no charge. If we can’t resolve a recurring issue, we’ll replace the failing part (air handler, condenser, or furnace) at no cost to you. Still not working after that? You can request a refund of the purchase price (less a 25% restocking fee) within one year of the replacement install.
To qualify for this guarantee, issues must be submitted in writing.
This guarantee does not cover:
Water leaks or water-related damage
Airflow issues unless ductwork was completely replaced
Noise complaints
High electricity bills
Temperature dissatisfaction when insulation or ductwork is inadequate
Improper use or misuse of the system (including the thermostat)
Any issue resulting from neglect or lack of proper maintenance
Changes made to the home that affect performance (like removing trees that provide shade, adding large windows, or modifying walls)
Any issue outside the original scope of the job or not submitted in writing
Non-recurring or one-off issues
Repair & Labor Coverage:
General repairs: 90 days (parts and labor)
Drain line clearing: 30 days
Labor warranty: 1 year from the original install date
If you have an extended labor warranty and request a refund, an additional $450 will be deducted to account for that coverage. We ask for 15 business days to correct any issue before a refund is processed.
We don’t cut corners, and we don’t dodge responsibility. If something goes wrong, we fix it. Simple as that.
