If You Used Absolute Air or AirPro, Who Services Your AC Now?
Absolute Air and AirPro are now part of Eskimo Bros. Here is what existing customers should know about service, scheduling, and the company name change.
Absolute Air and AirPro are now part of Eskimo Bros
HVAC company names have a way of sticking around in a homeowner's phone long after the business itself changes. You may still have an old Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating magnet on the refrigerator. Another homeowner may have AirPro saved in their contacts because that is who installed or serviced the system several years ago.
Both companies are now part of Eskimo Bros.
We have dedicated pages for former Absolute Air and AirPro customers explaining that the businesses are now under the Eskimo Bros name and service operation. Existing customers can use our phone number, (813) 400-0123, for current service.
That is useful to know before an air conditioner stops working and someone starts calling an old number from an invoice. Learn more about us if you want the bigger picture of the current company.
You do not need to pretend the previous service history never happened
A company name changing does not change the equipment already installed in the house. If Absolute Air installed the system, tell us. If AirPro performed a major repair, mention it. If you have invoices, warranties, equipment paperwork, or maintenance records from the earlier company, keep them with the rest of your HVAC information.
That history can still be helpful. A technician looking at an existing system benefits from knowing when equipment was installed, what components have already been changed, and whether a recurring problem has been addressed before.
We service major HVAC brands and describe our technicians as brand-agnostic, with work covering central air conditioning, heat pumps, furnaces, ductwork, thermostats, mini-splits, and indoor air quality systems. Current cooling help starts with A/C repair, and ductless work is available through mini-split repair.
The old company name does not require the homeowner to start over with the mechanical history of the house.
Scheduling now runs through Eskimo Bros
Current appointments are booked through our operation. Our main site serves homeowners and businesses across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte counties and advertises same-day service along with 24/7 live answering.
When calling, give the current property address and briefly mention that you were previously an Absolute Air or AirPro customer. Then explain what the system is doing.
There is no need to spend ten minutes explaining the corporate history before describing that the AC stopped cooling. The useful information is still the same information any technician needs: which system is affected, what changed, when the problem began, and what previous work you know about.
If you are scheduling maintenance rather than repair, tell the office how many systems are on the property and whether there is any separate ductless equipment. We currently offer multiple maintenance-plan levels, with coverage based on the number of systems and plan selected. Heating calls can also go through heating system repair.
Pay attention to the paperwork on an older installation
An existing HVAC system can have several different pieces of documentation. There may be manufacturer warranty information. There may be installation paperwork. There may be records from previous repair visits or a labor agreement associated with the original job. Keep those documents.
We publish current repair and labor coverage details on our former Absolute Air and AirPro pages, but older equipment or past agreements can have their own terms. Rather than assuming something is covered or not covered, give us the original paperwork when the question comes up.
A photo is usually easier than trying to read every line over the phone. This is particularly important when someone bought the house after the equipment was installed. The current homeowner may have inherited a system without knowing which contractor performed the original work. If paperwork was left behind, it can answer questions that would otherwise be difficult to reconstruct several years later.
When replacement timing and budget need to line up, review financing options with the office while you have those documents handy.
The service area is broader than one legacy brand may have been
We currently describe our service territory across five Florida counties: Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte. That broader footprint matters for customers who may remember the previous business as a smaller local operation tied to one particular area.
We now provide cooling, heating, and indoor air quality work throughout that larger territory. For a customer with another property elsewhere in the region, it is therefore worth checking our current service area rather than assuming the old geographic limits still apply.
Save the current number before the next service call
Most people do not think about who services the AC until the thermostat and room temperature suddenly disagree. That is not the best time to discover that the company saved in your contacts has changed names.
Former Absolute Air and AirPro customers can now work through us for current HVAC service. Keep any useful older service history, but save our current number alongside it.
We serve Greater Tampa and Southwest Florida communities across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Manatee, Sarasota, and Charlotte counties. Current service can be scheduled at (813) 400-0123 or through contact us on our website.
